采用由硫酸氧钛、氟化钠为主盐的转化液,在60曟,pH5~5.5及紫外光照射条件下处理5min,在2024铝合金表面制备了一种钛盐转化膜,中性盐雾时间超过96h。EDS和XPS分析结果表明,转化膜主要由O,Ti,Al,F,Mg及Cu等元素组成,转化膜中的Ti主要以TiO2 的形式存在。电化学测试结果表明,紫外照射条件下,转化反应处理的2024铝合金腐蚀电位正移和阳极钝化区形成,使得2024铝合金惰性、防腐性能显著增强。 |

A titanium-salt conversion coating , which was prepared on Al 2024 with a conversion solution made mainly of TiOSO4 , NaF under the condition of 60℃ , pH5~5.5 , UV irradiation and 5 minutes , could undergo more than 96 h of neutral salt spray test. The energy disperse spectroscopy (EDS) and x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analysis showed that the primary elements of conversion coating were O, Ti, Al, F, Mg, Cu and Ti element mainly existed in the form of TiO2. The result of electrochemical tests demonstrated that the more positive corrosionpotential and ananode passivation area formation of 2024 Al alloy treated by conversion reaction under UV irradiation made the corrosion resistance of 2024 Al alloy improved significantly. |
