      为了改善AZ31B耐磨、耐蚀性,采用Al2O387%(质量分数,后同)及TiO213%(即Al2O3-13%TiO2)作为陶瓷骨料。在其中加入Al/CuO铝热剂,采用普通氧乙炔火焰喷涂技术在AZ31B镁合金上制备陶瓷涂层。主要研究了铝热剂中Al和CuO比例及铝热剂与陶瓷骨料比例,对陶瓷涂层的组成和性能的影响。实验表明:在铝热剂组分配比为m(Al)∶ m(CuO)= 3∶1;m(陶瓷骨料)∶ m(铝热剂)= 1∶1时,陶瓷涂层耐磨性和耐蚀性有了显著的提高。

      Using ceramic aggregate Al2O3-13%TiO2and thermite(Al-CuO), Al2O3-based multiphase ceramic coating on AZ31B are prepared by SHS thermal spray,which is in order to improve the problem of the AZ31B thatis bad in the wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The research focuses on the effects of the change of the proportion of Al to CuO in thermite and thermite to ceramic aggregate on coating's components and performance. The result shows that the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of coating are increased significantly when the proportion of Al to CuO in thermite and thermite to ceramic aggregate are 3∶1 and 1∶1.
