      随着船舶工业的发展,船体除锈技术越来越受到重视。喷砂除锈是当今世界上修船用得最为普遍的船体除锈工艺,为了达到一定的除锈质量与标准,要求选用合适的除锈磨料。从钢渣的来源、含尘量、游离SiO2含量、粒度、棱角、硬度、除锈效果、价格等方面探讨了在船体喷砂除锈中采用钢渣磨料的可行性,发现钢渣磨料具有良好的综合效益和广阔的应用前景。

      With the development of shipbuilding industry, pay attention to the technology of hull rust. Shot peening derusting is the most widely used in derusting technology in hull in the world today.In order to achieve a certain degree of rust quality and standards,we must select the appropriate abrasive. The feasibility of use of steel slag abrasive in shot peening derusting in hull from the steel source, free silicon content, particle size, angularity, hardness, rust effects, price, etc. was studied. The test results show that steel slag abrasive has good comprehensive benefits and broad prospects.
