      测试了不同铱涂覆量的IrO2-Ta2O5钛阳极的表面形貌、强化寿命及析氧极化曲线。结果表明:铱涂覆量5 g/m2和10 g/m2的涂层形貌呈无规则粉状堆积;铱涂覆量达到20 g/m2时,涂层表面出现了枝状结构;铱涂覆量达到30 g/m2时,这种枝状结构已经很明显。IrO2-Ta2O5钛阳极涂层中铱涂覆量在5~ 30 g/m2范围内,随铱涂覆量的增加,阳极强化寿命增加得较快;当铱涂覆量超过30 g/m2,随铱涂覆量的增加,阳极强化寿命增幅减小。铱涂覆量对IrO2-Ta2O5钛阳极析氧的电催化活性影响不大。
英文摘要:
      Surface morphologies,accelerated life,and polarization curves for oxygen evolution of IrO2-Ta2O5titanium anode with different Ir coating were tested and analyzed. The results show that morphologies of the anode sarface coated 5 g/m2 and 10 g/m2 Ir are irregular powder accumulation, morphology of the anode surface coatd 20 g/m2 Ir exhibits branch structure,and morphology of the anode surface coatd 30 g/m2 Iris obvious branch structure.Anode accelerated life increases fast with the content quantity of Irincreasing when it is in the range of 5~ 30 g/m2, anode accelerated life increases slowly with the coating quantity of Ir increasing when it exceeds 30 g/m2. The content quantity of Ir has little effect on electrocatalytic activity for oxygen evolutiont reaction of IrO2-Ta2O5titaium anode.
