      通过分析飞机襟翼作动筒活塞失效的原因,提出了修复该零件的新工艺———刷镀Ni-金刚石复合镀层。研究结果表明,最佳刷镀工艺参数为:工作电压12 V,镀液温度45~ 60℃ ,镀笔与工件相对运动速度10~15 m/min。采用该工艺对作动筒活塞进行修复,镀层的厚度为30μm时,硬度可达HV770,附着力良好,杯突高度为5.1 mm,耐磨性与基体相当,能满足修复磨损活塞的要求。

      A new repairing technology——— brush plating Ni-diamond composite coating was proposed based on the failure analysis of worn piston of wing flap motion tube. The results show that the optimum parameters of the brush plating technology is as follows: working voltage of 12 V, solution temperature of 45~ 60℃ , moving speed of 10~ 15 m/min.Using this technology to repair worn piston of wing flap motion tube, when the thickness of repairing coating is up to 30μm, the hardness of the coating achieves 770(HV); the adhesive power is better, the Cupping Test: height of test is 5.1 mm; the wear resistance of the repairing coating and the basis material's approach, and the qualified brush electroplating layer for repairing worn piston can be got through this kind of process.
