      通过改变工作电压和活化时间,对45钢进行2号、3号活化液反接活化,采用表面形貌观察和金相分析的手段评价电净、活化的效果。研究结果表明:采用工作电压14 V、电极相对速度17 m/min、处理时间60s的电净工艺,效果较好;2号活化液最佳活化工艺规范为工作电压14 V,活化时间20 s;3号活化液最佳活化工艺规范为工作电压18 V,活化时间80 s。
英文摘要:
      By adjusting working voltage and activation time, No.2 and No.3 activation solutions were used to activate 45# steel by connecting anode with workpiece. The quality of electrolytic degreasing and activation were evaluated by surface topography and metallographic analysis. It shows that the best quality is obtained with the electrode relative velocity of 17 m/min, the voltage of 14 V and the time of 60 s; Using No.2 activation solution, optimal activation parameter is the voltage of 14 V and the time of 20 s; Using No.3 activation solution, optimal activation parameter is the voltage of 18 V and the time of 80 s.
