      Taking the AZ91D magnesium alloy and aluminum as a substrate and powdered alloy respectively, the surface of AZ91D magnesium alloy was modified by the laser surface modified technology. The modified surface organization was analyzed in detail. The corrosion resistances of alloy before and aftermodification were compared via salt atmosphere experiment, the corrosion mechanism of AZ91D magnesium alloy and Mg-Al modified surface layer were discussed, and determines the optimum parameters of laser power 1.5 kW were determined.
