      织物表面化学镀金属后,可以用作电磁屏蔽材料,广泛应用于军事、民用及工业领域。对2种典型织物(涤纶平纹织物和纯棉平纹织物)进行化学镀镍,并对镀后织物的抗拉强度、导电性和透气性等服用性能进行了分析。结果表明:化学镀镍后,2种织物的导电性能都明显增强,但织物的透气量略有降低,抗拉强度也有所下降。
英文摘要:
      After the electroless nickel plating, the metal-coated fabric can be used as electromagnetic shielding materials, which are widely used in military, civil and industrial fields. Two kinds of typical fabrics, polyester cotton plain fabrics and plain fabrics, were carried out electroless nickel plating, and the tensile strength, conductivity and the permeability properties were measured. Study shows that: after the electroless nickel plating, the conductive properties of two types of fabric are increased, but the permeability and the tensile strength have declined.
