      为研究建筑铝型材的耐磨性测试方法,采用喷磨试验仪对铝合金建筑型材进行了测试,并考察了其平均耐磨性。选用特定的磨料,控制空气压力、流速等参数,测得铝型材的喷磨时间,将其与标准试样的喷磨时间相比,通过计算可获得建筑铝型材的平均耐磨性。结果表明:喷磨试验法可用于检测氧化、电泳、粉末喷涂等不同表面处理膜层的耐磨性,且具有操作简单、方便,试验时间短,重现好等特点,有望在今后的检测实践中推广使用。
英文摘要:
      In order to investigate the abrasive resistance test method of aluminum alloy profile, the abrasive resistance of aluminum alloy profile was measured by an abrasive jet test apparatus, and the mean specific abrasion resistance was analyzed. By choosing the special abrasive and controlling the air pressure and flow, the abrasion time can be obtained. Then the abrasion resistance can be obtained from the comparison of the abrasion time between the specimen and the standard specimen. The results show that it can be used for anodic oxide coating, electrophoresis coating, powder coating, etc. with advantages of shorten time, simplicity of operator, and good repeatability, and can be used extensively in the future.
