      为获得金属传热表面的多尺度效应,以提高传热表面积,以铝片为研究对象,对其进行了化学腐蚀处理。通过正交试验得到了腐蚀剂的最佳配比和最佳腐蚀条件;对采用最佳工艺得到的铝片作进一步分析,通过对腐蚀表面的初步表征,采用分形几何中的方盒计数方法,得到了腐蚀表面的分形维数,并利用表面粗糙度相关系数与分形维数的关系式求得了腐蚀表面粗糙度的相关系数;利用光学电子显微镜对腐蚀表面进行观察,测出了腐蚀坑的深度和宽度,并推导出了腐蚀坑宽度与深度的函数关系。
英文摘要:
      In order to obtain metal heat transfer surface of the multi-scale effects to enhance the heat transfer surface area, with aluminum as the research object that was corroded by chemical etching treatment.By orthogonal test design, obtained the best ratio of caustic and corrosive conditions; Through the initial characterization of the surface corrosion, used the method of the fractal geometry of the box counting, obtained the fractal dimension; Used the relevant expressions between the correlation coefficient of surface roughness and the fractal dimension, obtained the surface roughness of the correlation coefficient of the corroded surface; Used the optical electron microscope to observe the surface of the corrosion, got the relationship between the breadth and the depth of the corrosion pits.
