      为了降解吸附弹药库房中的有害气体,以减少对保管人员及弹药的危害,分析了弹药库房中的有害气体来源及危害。讨论了Tio2特殊的光降解性能,以嵌入Ti02的膨胀石墨为填料,以聚氨酯清漆为粘结剂对弹药用涂料进行改性。对甲醛进行降解试验,验证了新型涂料有较好的降解能力和吸附能力。通过改性制备与试验证明:运用膨胀石墨为载体,纳米二氧化钛改性弹药用涂料的方法是可行的,新型涂料物化性能良好,具有较好的降解应用前景。
英文摘要:
      In order to degrade and adsorb the deleterious gas in magazine,reduce the harm for the keeper and ammunition, the source of magazine deleterious gas and the harm were analyzed. Base on the study on especial capability of Ti02 , the ammunition dope was modified by the filling of exfoliated graphite inserting Ti02 and the bond of a vamish. The dope capability of degradation and adsorption was confirmed by experiment for formaldehyde. The conclusion was be done by experiments that the method which the ammunition dope was modified by the exfoliated graphite inserting Ti02 was feasible, the dope of physical and chemical capability and the application foreground was good.
