      为了降低不锈钢化学着色的高温条件,在Cr03 -H2 S04着色体系中加入过渡金属无机盐添加剂,对不锈钢进行化学着色,使用正交设计方法优化工艺条件为铬酐浓度250g/L,着色温度60℃,添加剂用量5g/L,得到不同颜色的不锈钢,并对不锈钢的性能进行测定,结果表明:添加剂的使用可明显降低着色温度,减少铬酸挥发带来的环境污染,同时彩色钝化膜保持良好的性能。
英文摘要:
      In order to reduce high temperature condition of chemical coloring on stainless steel, additive of inorganic transition metal salt had been added into the Cr03-H2S04 system to chemical coloring on stainless steel. With orthogonal test the best technics condition: 250g/L Cr03 60℃ , Sg/L addictive was got. The stainless steel presented different colors and the performance of the film were tested. The results show that the use of addictive can lower coloring temperature markedly, reduce the volatilization of chrome acid and the environmental pollution, while the performances of the colored passive film are well.
