      为了解决传统涂料去膜困难,价格高,对环境要求严格等缺点,研制出了一种溶剂型可剥性塑料,该产品不仅易剥离,成本低,对环境无特殊要求,而且具有优良的机械性能和防腐性能。选用乙基纤维素为主要成膜材料,加入辅助成膜材料、缓蚀剂、防水剂、溶剂等成分,通过正交试验优化配方。分别采用拉伸性能试验、防锈试验对溶剂型可剥性塑料的性能进行研究。试验表明:第一,可剥性塑料具有优良的拉伸性能,拉伸强度高达16.3 MPa。第二,可剥性塑料具有优良的防锈性能,在盐雾试验中,低碳钢片、纯铝片试样分别放置472、528h没有出现锈迹;将样品分别浸泡在自来水中480h,5 % H2 S04溶液中367h,5 % NaOH溶液中486h,3% NaCl溶液中402h,试片均没有出现腐蚀现象。

      In order to solve the difficulty of cleaning membrane, high cost and strict requirement to environment for traditional coating, one kind of solvent strippable plastic was developed. This product not only is easy to strip, lowcost, without special requirement to the environment, but also has fine mechanical property and antiseptic property. Ethyl cellulose was used as the main film-forming material. Other ingredients, such as the auxiliary film-forming material, inhibitor, water-repellent, solvent and so on, were joined. The formulation was optimized through the orthogonal experiment. Tensile property experiment and rust preventing ability test were used separately to research the properties of solvent strippable plastic. The experiment indicates the following points Firstly, the strippable plastics have excellent tensile property, its tensile-strength reaches as high as 16. 3MPa; Secondly, the strippable plastics have the excellent rust resistance, the low-carbon steel and pure aluminum are sepatately placed for 472h, 528h and have not presented rust in the process of salt spray test; After being soaked separately in the running water for 480h, 5% H2S04 for 367h, 5% NaOH for 486h and 3% Nacl for 402h, the test piece has not presented the corrosion phenomena.
