      N485精密合金是目前制作彩色显像管用阳极帽的较佳材料,其湿氢氧化性能直接决定了阳极帽的使用性能。研究了以该合金为原料的阳极帽的高温湿氢氧化特性,应用扫描电子显微镜( SEM)和X射线能谱(EDS)对不同条件下氧化层的微观形貌及其组成进行了表征分析,并使用高频模拟封接炉检测了各氧化层的封接性能及耐烧性能。结果表明:在一定范围内,随氧化温度的升高和处理时间的延长,阳极帽表面氧化层厚度增加且Cr2 03含量升高,同时其耐烧性及封接浸润性得到相应增强。
英文摘要:
      N485 precision alloy is the optimal material to make CRT anode button at present. We focus on the oxidation performance of CRT anode button made of N485 sealing alloy at high temperature wet hydrogen. SEM and EDS techniques were used to analyse the microstructure and composition of anode buttons oxide film. The sealing and heat-resistant capability of oxidic film were studied with high-frequency sealing simulator. It is shown that the thickness of oxide film and the content of Cr203 will increase and the capability of sealing and heat-resistance will be improved when oxidizing temperature and time are mcreased at a certain extent.
