      研究金属和复合材料基材上的氧化锆涂层对激光的防护性能,结合Zr0:/金属复合涂层的高温隔热性能和激光重熔法特点进行激光辐照试验,测试试件背壁温度,并进行扫描电镜分析激光辐照后破坏处的微观结构,试验结果表明:2r02涂层降低了烧蚀,隔热效果明显,为抗激光防护提供一种新的材料方法。

      The laser protection property of zirconia coating on metal and composite base materials was studied, the high temperature and heat insulating property of zirconia/metal composite coating and laser cladding characteristic were combined, which is applied in laser irradiation test, the rear surface temperature of test pieces was measured, and the micromechanism of breakage after laser irradiation was also analyzed by the SEM tests. The tests results show that zircoma coating reduces ablation and its heat-insulating effect is apparent, which provides a new material method for laser protection.
