      镁合金具有优越的物理和机械性能,但其耐蚀和耐磨性能较差。采用热化学反应法在MB2镁合金表面制备纳米陶瓷涂层,并采用XRD分析其相结构,分别测试涂层的耐蚀性、耐磨性,试验结果表明:涂层中有新相生成,基体结合强度较高,耐磨和耐腐蚀性能优良。
英文摘要:
      The magnesium alloy has the superior physics and the mechanical property, but it has poor anticorrosion and wear-resisting performance. Nano-ceranuc coating was prepared on MB2 magnesium alloy surface by thermo-chemical reaction and its structure was analyzed by XRD. Corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance of coating were tested. The results show that a new phase forms in coating; substrate has high bonding strength; coating has excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
