| 焊补与电弧喷涂是常用的表面修复技术，焊补可以利用焊材与母材的熔合进行较大表面缺陷的修复，电弧喷涂则利用制备特殊的表面涂层进行一定尺寸磨损表面的修复。两者结合起来修复零件不仅可以取得更好的零件修复效果，还具有较好的经济性。以履带式拖拉机主传动轴的修复为例，详细说明了应用焊补和热喷涂相结合的方法对其进行修复的工艺过程。 |

| The weld repair and hot spraying are common surface repair technique, the weld repair can repair bigger surface blemish by matching of welding material and base material, arc spraying can repair proper wear size surface with special surface coating. The combination of the two repair ways not only obtain better repair effect for parts, but also has better economy. The repairing of main transmission shaft of caterpillar was been as example, the repairing process by combination of weld repair and hot spraying was detailed. |
