      为了解决航炮磨损失效滑板的修复问题,研究了在18Cr2Ni4WA高强度钢表面刷镀铁一钴一镍合金镀层的工艺。通过对航炮磨损失效滑板失效原因的分析,提出了修复该零件的新工艺。采用电刷镀铁一钴一镍合金镀层体系,通过降低阴极电极电位,增加阴极极化程度,使形成晶核的速度大于晶粒的成长速度,提高了镀层与基体的结合力。当镀层厚度为25 μm时,镀层硬度达到700HV;附着力良好,网格剥离试验镀层无脱落;弯曲试验镀层无脱落;杯突高度为5.Omm;镀层磨损量为0.117mg/次,与基体(0. 112mg/次)耐磨损性相当。试验表明,通过刷镀铁一钴一镍合金镀层体系,可以获得能满足修复磨损滑板要求的镀层。

      In order to solve the repairing problem of wom sliding plate of airplane gun, the technology of brush plating for the Fe-Co-Ni alloy coating on the surface of high strength steel 18Cr2Ni4WA has been researched. A new repairing technology was proposed based on the failure analysis of worn sliding plate of airplane gun. Using this coating system of brushing Fe-Co-Ni alloy coating, through reducing the electrode potential of cathode , the degree of cathode polarization would be increased, and the speed of forming nucleus was more that the speed of growth of crystal nucleus, so the adhesion between the coating and basis material was increased. When the thickness of repairing coating is up t0 25 μm, the hardness of the coating achieves 700 HV; The adhesive power is better, the coating doen't fall off in the adhesion test; the coating doen't fall off in the bend test; The cupping height of test is 5.Omm; The wear resistance of the repairing coating is 0. 117mg once and approaching to wear resistance of the basis material. Tests have shown that qualified brush electroplating layer for repairing wom sliding plate can be got through this kind of process.
