      采用化学镀技术,实现了涤纶织物表面铜一银双层化学镀,借助SEM、EDX和TG测试技术对镀层表面形貌、成分和热性能进行了分析,并对化学镀织物电磁波屏蔽性能和拉伸性能进行了测试。结果表明:涤纶织物经过化学镀铜·银后,热起始分解温度有所下降;镀层致密性和金属成分对电磁波屏蔽效能影响显著;化学镀织物拉伸曲线同时具有金属和纤维的拉伸特性,主要受金属镀层厚度的影响。
英文摘要:
      Electroless copper and silver plating on PET fabric was operated in the lab. The Cu-Ag-coated fabric was investigated by means of SEM, EDX and TG. The electromagnetic shielding performance and tensile properties were also measured. The results show that the decomposition temperature of Cu-Ag-coated fabric is samller than that of PET fabric. The shielding effectiveness ( SE) of electroless plating fabric is greatly influenced by the density of metal and its component. The tensile properties of electroless plating fabric are influenced by the thickness of coated metal.
