通过热浸镀铝及微弧氧化的方法在球墨铸铁表面上获得了陶瓷层,并对该涂层进行了XRD、SEM分析。研究结果表明:浸镀温度越高,镀层越厚,直到达到一峰值;浸镀时间越长,镀层越厚。球墨铸铁浸镀微弧氧化获得的涂层由涂层表面至基体依次为陶瓷层、纯铝层、扩散层、基体。陶瓷层主要为Al2 03相,扩散层由FeAl3、Fe2 Al5相组成。 |

The ceramic coating was obtained by hot-dipped aluminum ( HDA) and micro-arc oxidation on the ductile iron. The coatings were investigated by SEM and X-ray diffraction. The results show that the thickness of the coatings increases with the increment of the temperature of hot-dip till the peak value. The thickness of the coatings increases with the time expanding of hot-dip. The coatings obtained by hot-dipped aluminum and micro arc oxidation are composed of ceramic layer, pure aluminum layer and diffusion layer, base from the surface to the base. The ceramic layer is mainly composed of Al203. The diffusion layer is composed of FeAl3 , Fe2A15. |
