      铂电极电化学性能很稳定,铂钛电极是离子水生成器用的最佳电极,国外离子水生成器基本采用此类电极。铂钛电极基本上依靠进口,由于价格较贵,目前在国内离子水生成器上应用较少。用电镀法和烧结法制备了Pt/Ti电极,分析了电极反应原理,测试了Pt/Ti电极表面形貌及电极性能。结果表明:Pt/Ti电极强化寿命和铂含量呈正比,阴阳极交换电解特性满足离子水器使用要求。使用该电极可以生产出性能优异的离子水,电镀法和烧结法生产的Pt/Ti电极性能相差不大,但烧结法更适合规模化生产。

      Platinum electrode has steady electrochemistry property. Pt/Ti electrode is the best electrode used for ionized water generator. Overseas ionized water generator usually adopte Pt/Ti electrode. Because Pt/Ti electrode is costly, domestic ionized water generator doesn t adopt it. Pt/Ti electrode was prepared by electroplating and sintering. The electrode reaction principle was analyzed. Surface morphology of Pt/Ti electrode and electrode property were tested. The result shows that life of Pt/Ti electrode is directly proportional to platinum content. At the same time , exchange electrolysis property of cathode and anode can meet the requirement of ionized water generator usage. High quality ionized water can be produced by Pt/Ti electrode. Property of electrode produced by two methods is equivalent , but sintering methode is more adapted to large scale production than electroplating methode.
