      立体印刷快速成型(即SLA)原型件对镍的化学还原不具有催化性,必须经过适当的表面预处理,以保证化学镀覆的实施以及镀层与基体的紧密结合。对SLA原型表面化学镀镍的前处理工艺流程及各工序进行了介绍,讨论了SLA原型件化学镀镍前处理条件的选择。经本工艺处理的SLA原型件更易起镀,化学镀镍后镀层与基体结合良好,镀层光亮致密。
英文摘要:
      The SLA prototype has' t the catalysis to the nickel chemical recovery; it must pass through the suitable superficial pretreatment, guarantee covers of electroless nickel plating implementation as well as coating and SLA prototype in close integration with. The flow and each procedure of the process were introduced. The selection of pretreatment process conditions of electroless nickel plating on SLA prototype was discussed. SLA prototype treated by the improved process is easier to be plated and has good adhesion after electroless nickel plating. The plating coating is luminous and compact.
