为研究镀液中不同铜离子含量对镁合金A29ID化学镀Ni-Cu-P镀层性能的影响,采用硫酸镍为镍源,在镁合金化学镀Ni-P的镀液中加入不同含量的铜离子,可直接得到不同的Ni-Cu-P镀层,但都较均匀致密,结合力良好。经过耐醋酸腐蚀、磨粒磨损试验,结果表明:在硫酸铜含量为0. 5g/L的镀液中获得的Ni-Cu-P镀层,较基体的耐蚀性提高了0.84倍,耐磨性提高了0.56倍。由此得出结论:镀液中硫酸铜含量为0. 5g/L,所得到的镀层性能最佳。 |

For study on different copper content on magnesium alloys A291D electroless planting Ni-Cu-P, using nickel sulfate as nickel resourse, adding different content copper ion to the bath of electroless Ni-P plating on magnesium alloys, the Ni-Cu-P plating coat can be obtained. The coating is uniform and dense and has good adhesion. The corrosion and wear test result shows that when the bath is 0. 5 g/L CuS04 the basal body may get Ni-Cu-P plating coat, the corrosion resistance can improve 5. 08 to basal body, the wear resistance of Ni-Cu-P plating coat can improve 6. 77. This conclusion is that when the content of cupric sulfate is 0. 5 g / L in plating solution, the plating has the best effect. |
