      叙述了浙北一家刀具生产企业为了提高皮革片皮机、纺织机等专用设备上的刀板、测长鼓等工件表面的耐磨性、耐腐蚀性、电绝缘性等,于若干年前从乌克兰引进了一套“第聂泊.3”型爆炸喷涂设备(已在7个发达国家获得了专利权),即采用了爆炸喷涂技术,有效地提高了工件表面的质量和使用寿命。涉及了工件涂层的设计、喷涂粉末选择、喷涂工艺和工装,以及市场前景和企业生产现状等。由于拓展了市场,使企业获得了较好的实际收益。
英文摘要:
      This article describes a knife factory in the north of Zhejiang, which has introduced a set of explosion spraying device -" Diniepo-3 " from Ukraine( which has already gained patent right in seven developed countries) in order to improve the wear resistance, corrosion stability and electric insulativity of the surface of some work pieces such as knife board and side long drum of leather cutting machine and spinning machine. The factory adopted explosion spraying technique and highly improved the quality of the surface of work pieces and prolonged the service life. The article also involves the design of work piece coating, choice of spraying powder, spraying craft and equipment, market foreground and the manufacturing status. Because of the expansion of the market, actual income of the enterprise has been achieved.
