      使用24h、48h、120h的C02气固反应法在氢化锆表面生成具有阻氢渗透性能的致密氧化膜,然后将3种试样在含50. 662kPa的C02气氛中7000C保温72h,结果试样都出现表面起皮,局部粉化甚至断裂。SEM分析表明,致密氧化锆膜在高温下要与CO2反应生成非保护性的氧化层,并产生相变应力加速阻氢渗透层的腐蚀。3种试样在7000C相同C02气氛中保温400h后都完全反应成白色氧化锆粉末。
英文摘要:
      By using of gas-solid reactions of C02 with 24 hours, 48 hours and 120 hours to generate compact oxide films with the property to block hydrogen permeation. Then keeping the three kinds of samples for 72 hours at 700℃ in an environment with 0. 5atm carbon-dioxide. As a result, sheet crusting and partial powdering even bursting appeared on all samples. Observation by SEM found that the compact zirconium films will react with C02 at 700℃ to form the unprotected oxide films, and lead to the phase change that accelerate the corrosion in the hydrogen permeation barrier. After keeping 400 hours at 700℃ in the same environment with C02 , all the three kinds of samples totally react to white zirconium powder.
