      运用直流磁控溅射的方法在2r-4合金表面预置Nb层,然后对其表面运用激光束、电子束和离子注入3种工艺在2r-4合金表面添加了Nb元素,研究了相应的组织和性能,发现合金化后样品中Nb元素分布不均匀。对表面改性后的合金作了相应的热处理后,进行了极化曲线研究,结果发现:电子束合金化后形成的β-2r相阻碍了氧的扩散,提高了合金耐蚀能力;Nb离子注入合金后,注入层中生成了Zr0.和NbN,当注入剂量在lxlO 17 -3 xlO 17个/cm-范围内时,随着注入剂量的增加,耐腐蚀能力增强。

      Direct current magnetron sputtering method was used to initialize niobium layer on the surface of Zr-4. Then, laser alloying, electronic beam alloying and ion implantation methods were applied to add Nb in the surface of 2r4. The microstructure and performance was studied, it was found that the distributing of niobium is nonuniform. After executing heat treatment, the polarization curves of the alloys have been studied. The results shown that the β-2rs forming in the electronic beam alloying cumbered the diffusing of oxygen, and it improved the corrosion resistance of zirconium alloys. After the Nb ion implanted in Zr-4, 2r02 and NbN were formed, at the range of l x 1017 t0 3 x 1017g/cm2 , with the dose increasing, the capability of corrosion resistance was improved.
