      为了满足生产中对于金属表面尺寸、形状和表面粗糙度等精度方面的更高要求,采用了电液压脉冲水气射流处理金属表面的新方法,对W9Cr4V2、CrW、Mn、Cr12MoV、9SiCr、T10A等工具钢及摩托车链轮进行了表面处理试验。经试验证明可以大大提高金属表面的硬度、零件的使用寿命及其受力情况。该试验表明利用电液压脉冲水气射流处理金属表面是一种值得推广的新方法。
英文摘要:
      In order to meet the more requirement with metal surface dimension, surface shape and surface roughness in produce, a new technology is adopted with electro-hydraulic impulse water-air jet processing metal surface, the material for test includes W9Cr4V2, CrW, Mn, Cr12MoV, 9SiCr and TlOA. The experiment shows that it can improve metal surface hardness and prolong service life of parts and increase the stress. The electro-hydraulic impulse water-air jet is a new technology which should be popularized by the experiment.
