      具有高、中、低不同辐射率的三色迷彩涂料能有效降低目标表面红外辐射强度,缩短热成像系统探测距离。通过对X-烧结颜料、锌钡白、铁蓝、氧化铬绿等颜(填)料的红外透明性分析,研究涂层红外辐射率和可见光的关系,通过添加红外高反射填料,设计涂料的组成配比和颜基比,制备相同迷彩颜色、不同辐射率的多梯度红外隐身涂料,使涂层在具备热图像分割的基础上,实现可见光迷彩与红外斑块的分离,进一步降低武器装备的被识别概率。
英文摘要:
      Through using different radiance infrared stealth coating, the infrared radiance intensity of the target was reduced obviously, and the detection range of the thermal imaging system was shortened. Infrared transparency of the pigment or padding for x-sintering pigment, lithopone, iron, chrome oxide was analyzed. The relation of infrared radiance and visible light was studied. Polygradient infrared stealth coating with identical color was prepared through adding high-reflective infrared pigment or padding and designing the coating material constitution and pigment/binder vatio. On the basis of image segmentation, the separation between the visible light image and the infrared pattem was achieved, and identification probability was reduced more.
