      为了提高拉伸模的使用寿命,增强其抗疲劳性能,采用了化学镀Ni-P之后加以适当的中温处理的方法。结果表明:经处理的拉伸模镀层均匀,硬度显著提高,寿命能提高2-3倍,且模具无变形。因此,该方法是拉伸模理想的表面强化方法,具有极好的实用和推广价值。
英文摘要:
      In order to improve the life of the drawing die, increase its resist capability of distress, the chemical plating of Ni-P and middle temperature heat treatment were adopted. The result shows that the coating is uniform, and the rigidity can markedly improve, the life can improve two or three times, and the die cant distortion, so it is an ideal way for surface strengthening of drawing die and fit for spreading.
