      自蔓延燃烧气相传输涂层是一种新型的表面涂层技术,对涂层过程中金属的输运介质进行了进一步的试验研究。试验表明:卤素单质或C6Cl6不是金属的输运介质,它们与活泼金属反应生成的低熔点、高蒸汽压的卤化物(如AICl3)具有把金属元素从高温处输运到低温处的功能,可能是真正的输运介质。
英文摘要:
      The vapor transferring coating method is a new one for surface coating, the metal transporting medium used in the coating process has been identified primarily, Its shown that the halogens and C6Cl6 may not be the medium for metal transporting, while the active metal halides with low melting points and high vapor pressures, such as AICl3 , maybe the real transporting medium, has the function for metal transporting, by which metals can be transferred from the high temperature place to the low one to form coatings on samples.
