      为了快速、准确的测量电镀液中的稀土元素总量,采用了分光光度法,并以偶氮氯膦Ⅲ为显色剂。本文考察了显色剂用量、掩蔽剂用量及显色时间与吸光度的关系。加标回收实验结果显示,稀土元素回收率在97.7%~101.3%之间,证明该法准确可靠。
英文摘要:
      Content of rare earth elements in the electroplating process can be determined rapidly and correctly with chlorophosphonazo Ⅲ by spectrophotometric analysis. The relationship between the absorbency and the dosages of developer, and of the masking agent has been investigated. The labeled recovery of rare earth elements is between 97.7%~101.3%, it suggests that this method is correct and reliable.
