      采用包覆技术实现对材料吸波性能的改进,是当前吸波材料研究的热点问题 ,具有重要的军事应用价值。本文用液相法对微波吸收剂超微金属镍表面进行无机改性,对包覆镍粉进行了形貌表征、IR表征、XRD表征、抗氧化性、润湿性以及耐酸性等结构与性能研究。结果表明:SiO2以不定型态包覆在超微镍粉的表面,二氧化硅包覆改善了镍粉的分散性和疏水性并提高了镍粉的耐酸性和抗氧化性。
英文摘要:
      Adopting coating method can achieve the improvement of materials absorbing capability, currently, which is a hotspot problem and of military value. The surface of ultra-tiny metal nickel powder,which is one microwave absorbent, is inorganically treated in the liquid. The coated nickel powder is characterized by appearance, IR, XRD and its behaviors of dispersion, wetness, acid resistance and oxidation resistance are investigated. The result indicates that the surface of nickel powder is coated by amorphous membrane of SiO2. Nickel powder coated with SiO2 has better hydrophobe and dispersion behavior. Its acid resistance and oxidation resistance are improved.
